Crescent Entertainment & Tourism Limited (CETL) has the opportunity to develop a hote lcum tourist spot on a site in Jalgaon (the "Project" is called Khandesh Central), a fast growing Tier II city in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The Project is situated on a 47 acre site located within 1 Km of the Jalgaon Railway Station

The Project is a proposed 5,50,000 sq. ft. (gross) hotel cum tourist centre offering space for hotel, leisure, amusement, restaurants, multiplex, shopping, food, services and fitness. It is the first and only of its kind which will really benefit the local populace of North Maharashtra districts of Jalgaon, Dhule and Nandurbar (together called Khandesh) by bringing this area to the spotlight for tourists, national as well as international, coming to visit the numerous places of interest in and around most prominent of them being Ajanta and Ellora, Unapdev Hot Water Springs, Anand Sagar Shegaon, Jain Hills and Valley and Lonar Crater.

According to the project plan prepared by the CETL team (the "Project Plan"), the hotelcum- tourist centre will contain 4,45,000 sq. ft. of (net) hotel/resort area spread over three floors having rooms of 3/4 star standard, multi-cuisine restaurants, banquets, health spa, amusement parks and convention centers, and numerous other differentiated services which will catapult it into a prominent position in the tourist map of India.
